World cup is as far as Lips to Glass for India

The match between India and Pakistan is very hot all the times, and both country India and Pakistan pay close attention to each-and-every ball. In Mohali, at the starting of the match, both the countries prime ministers met the players individually and gave compliments for doing their best..

India won the toss and took bat first, Indian openers started with good run rate, Sehwag hit 38 runs in just 25 balls. Sachin also played very well, he hit winning score of 85 and put a good score against Pakistan but he missed his century once again. India made a total of 260 runs with the loss of 9 wickets. One-time Indian cricket lovers thought that Pakistan could score easily, but when the wickets started to fall, the atmosphere changed. Pakistan started the inning with good average but India’s experience bowler like Zahir and Munaf made pressure on them. Yuvraj also balled very well, he took two wickets. At the end with the help of Indian bowlers India got victory by 29 runs. The next match, India will play with Sri Lanka in Mumbai. Now World cup is as far as lips to glass for India.

India grounded Aussie and leaping towards World Cup 2011

India won the match against three year world champion Australia, and threw them out from competition. In Ahmedabad Motera stadium, Indian team after a scintillating combat with Aussie entered the semi final with smashing honour. In a high thrilling quarter final match, Australia made a total score of 260 runs in 50 overs with the help of Ponting ‘s century. On the contrary Indian batsman scored 261 in 47 overs and all rounder Yuvraj proved his all-rounder-ship and hit unbeaten 57 runs in just 65 balls and on the balling side, took 2 wickets.

India defeated Australia with 5 wickets in hand and 2.4 overs remaining to be bowled. Raina played very well and made winning partnership with Yuvraj. Gambhir also contributed 50 runs. Zaheer and Ashwin took 2-2 wickets each and devoid Australia to make huge score. On the next Wednesday, India will play semi final match with Pakistan at Mohali (Punjab).

India and Australia today war for title in Ahmedabad

India and Australia will play quarter final cricket match at Sardar Patel Motera Stadium Ahmedabad. Today post noon match is very crucial and therefore known as a “Mini Final” of the World cup. Sachin hit 99 centuries in both One-day and Test but Cricket lovers are expecting to see more from Sachin and Ahmedabad is all ready to rejoice for his 100th century and that would give an entry to India in semi final.

Another reason for joy is that if India wins quarter final match, it will play semi final match with Pakistan. Pakistan had won the match against West Indies easily yesterday and reached in semi final round. If India will win the match, India will block Australian entry in semi final and also break their continuous record to enter the final. Australia has hat trick record for entry in world cup in 1999, 2003, and 2007.

5% service tax has been canceled for Healthcare

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee withdrawn service tax for Healthcare by 5% and after that the 2011-12 finance bill was passed by Parliament. Mukherjee reformed tax proposal on Readymade Garment, Dividend tax, Personal computer, Printer, Mobile and Automobile parts but he continued the taxes on SEZ units and Developers put under the umbrella of MAT with 18.5% tax. Finance minister exempted tax on Coke which is use to produce Iron and Steel. He also reduced duty on Automobile Ancillary like Transmission assembly, Gear box and Re-assemble engine CKD kits. In regards to computer industry, he disclosed some relief like concession of 5% on Countervailing Duty CVD (A duty imposed to offset subsidies by foreign governments) and 0% on Special Additional Duty (SAD), for import of computer parts.

DA of Central Govt. Employees would rise by 6%

Central Government may increase Dearness Allowance (DA) by 6% so that the allowance reaches 51% as per estimation. This would ultimately benefit 50 lakh employees and 38 lakh pensioners. Currently Government provides 45% of basic salary as Dearness Allowance. Today there is a strong probability that Central cabinet would sit and may take a decision on increasing DA. The New DA would have a retrospective effect from 1st January, 2011 and this would imply on both central govt. employees and pensioners. According to the formula of 6th pay commission, DA is calculated to a 6% rise. Two times in a year i.e. on 1st January and 1st July, the DA is changed.

India hilariously victory over West Indies in Group “B” finale

The last day-night match of Group B was played between India and West Indies. India and England was sure about its place in the quarter final round as South Africa beat Bangladesh. This allowed Indian team to play without any mental stress and on other side West Indies played to win for entry in quarter final round.

South Africa is on the top in B Group with 10 points. India got 2nd position in Group B with 9 points followed by England with 7 points. India won the match against West Indies and geared up for the next level quarter final round match with Australia, who is second number in Group A, even-though it had thunderous defeat by Pakistan.

The last day-night match of Group B will be played between India and West Indies. India and England was sure about its place in the quarter final round as South Africa beat Bangladesh. This would allow Indian team to play without any tension and on other side West Indies will play to win for enter in quarter final round.

South Africa is on the top in B Group with 10 points. India and England are respectively second and third number in B Group with 7 points each and they are at knockout qualify in quarter final round. If India will win against West Indies, India will play quarter final round match with the second team of Group A and if India loses the match, it will play with third number team of Group A. Indians despair as England won against West Indies!!

The match between England and West Indies were played in high thrilling competition. England dramatic victory against West Indies left Indian cricket lover to a state of despair as now India needs to win against West Indies to reach Quarter final, at any cost. Now to enter in quarter final round, India has to wait till the last match. Supposedly, if West Indies had won the match against England, alongwith West Indies, India and Bangladesh were sure to make their entry in quarter final round, but England changed all situations.

Now the match between Sri Lanka and New Zealand is crucial as this will say all about India’s opponent team in quarter final round.

Sachin Tendulkar - numero uno batsman to score over 2000 runs in WC

Indian Master Blaster Tendulkar hit 2000 runs in the World Cup and this was recorded in Golden word. Sachin made 27 runs against Netherlands, but he needed only 18 runs to create the stunning record runs of 2000, in only 39 innings of 40 matches in the world cup, though he lost the opportunity of playing big innings to win against Netherlands.

In the World Cup the highest runs was scored by Sachin. Moreover, in current situation nobody can get around Sachin’s record. Ponting is on second number with 1577 runs and he is 432 runs behind Sachin. Out of top ten players, only Sachin and Ponting are playing World Cup and rest of players have retired.

At the end, there was compromise between Congress and DMK

Amidst mental stretch of distributing seats in next assembly election between Congress and DMK, Congress later won. According to Congress requirement, they will get 63 seats and DMK would take a stance on 123 seats. Congress will get 15 more seats on comparison from 2006. Before this announcement, both the party’s leader - Pranav Mukherjee and Karunanidhi met with each other. Thus, Congress prolonged the seventh year of partnership with DMK.

There was a happy ending on distribution of seats between Congress and DMK in assembly election. Six minister of DMK have withdrawn their resignation yesterday and DMK as a counter act was ready to compromise and fulfill Congress demand for 63 seats.

Desperate trying to continue connection between Congress and DMK

The relation is seven year old now, so they are desperately trying to continue the relations in future. In dramatic turn, DMK postponed its decision about of resignation its six ministers till today.

Congress minister Pranav Mukherjee talked with DMK President Karunanidhi for different opinion of distribution of seats in Tamilnadu

Congress Senior Minister hopes that this problem will be solved in one-two days. Sources revealed that DMK distributed 60 seats to Congress and this was last decision. Pranav Mukherjee requested Karunanidhi not to pull back cabinet ministers. DMK’s main leader A.K.Stalin told in Chennai that Congress demanded one day so we postponed the resignation of ministers.
