Taliban avenges Laden’s death

Islamist militia group – Taliban want to revenge for Laden and so they targeted Pakistan Airbase at Karachi. They made dreadful attack with upgraded arms. This attack mauled the airbase for a stretch of 16 hours.

Reports revealed that there were ten terrorists on this mission and they targeted two-spy plane that USA provided. They also made huge damage on Airbase. Pakistan Special Service Group and Naval Commando jointly handled the operation. In this operation, four terrorists were arrested and two turn tail from the base. Tahereh-a-Taliban took the responsibility of this attack.

Pakistan ISI were involved in Mumbai 26/11 attack: US

American Chicago court charged Tahawar Hussein Rana - a green card holder of Canada but originally from the soil of Pakistan. Rana was charged with one count of conspiracy to commit terrorist acts abroad and outside the USA and another count on conspiracy to provide material support to terrorist groups. During the verdict proceeds American court also grilled him on 26/11 Mumbai attack. American foreign minister said that they had asked Pakistan to give the answer of all the charges as it assumes that Pakistan’s ISI was involved in 26/11 Mumbai attack.

Officers refused to say any updates on this case and American foreign minister Mark Toner informed media that this case is on the legal bench, it is therefore unethical to say anything at this juncture.

Eleven Indian players ready for Sri Lankan Premier League

Sri Lanka will start Premier League like Indian Premier League (IPL) in July – August and this will be an 18 days tournament.

Eleven teams will participate from seven different regions of Sri Lanka. Every team would have four player outside Sri Lanka. According to Sri Lankan Cricket Board, eleven players from India are seeking interest for playing Sri Lankan Premier League.

On Sri Lanka Board website apart from Munaf Patel, Ashwin and Pravin Kumar, there are other names of Indian player like Dinesh Kartikeye, Irfan, Manish Pandye, Manoj Tiwari, Paul Valthaty, Ravindra Jadeja, Saurabh Tiwari, Umesh Yadav and Vijay Kumar.

Indian Cricket Board were shocked to find names of Pravin Kumar, Munaf Patel and Ashwin on Sri Lankan Premier League as these three players have been selected for England tour at the same time where India will play 4 test, 4 one-day and 1 twenty-20 matches.

Duncan Fletcher appointed to lead Indian team

With the great efforts of Gery Cristen, India got historical victory after 28 years and put Indian team on the peak of success. India had not appointed any Coach since the resignation of Gery Cristen, but all of a sudden, Indian Cricket Board appointed Duncan Fletcher for two year at stretch. His credentials include being former coach of England team.

This move was unexpected. Some days ago, Indian cricket Board announced that Indian team would make tour to West Indies & England without any coach in the coming June.

An interesting point to ponder is that in the past Indian Cricket Board constituted a panel of former cricketers and then they took interview of candidate for appointing Coach but this time Indian Cricket Board overrode the decision in the appointment of Duncan Fletcher, without bothering to consult the panel.

Highest Indian account on Swiss Bank

Black money in India is very hot issue now a day, and Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, added fuel to the fire that could trigger a new controversy over Indian businessmen hoarding black money in Swiss banks.

According to Assange, Indians have the highest share of Black money in Swiss Bank in comparison to another country. It also has the highest account holders from India and Wikileaks added that shortly it would disclose this key information of Swiss Bank and provide Indian account holders name too. Assange claimed that he has all information related to Swiss Bank and Indian account holders name who credited money in Swiss bank.

CWG Scam unearthed || Kalmadi arrested

Congress leader Suresh Kalmadi was arrested for alleged scam worth crores of rupees during Common wealth Game - the sporting event held last October. He issued contract to Swiss company without any tender and mismanaged funds worth 141 crores, for which he was dismissed from Common wealth Game organizing committee.

Kalmadi’s two friends Surjit Lal and A. Prasad, who were in the Committee also were arrested. After last December 2010, CBI had grilled today for the 4th time and also a reverse inquiry was conducted whole day and arrested him.

Kalmadi blindly supported Swiss company for procurement of Timing Scoring Result (TSR) system wrongly. Congress notified publicly that they suspended Kalamadi due to the charge sheet and arrest. CBI framed charge of criminal conspiracy for procurement of TSR at a inflated cost from Swiss Company. The charges also include that he and his friends took care to create a monopoly for TSR logging machine and avoided suppliers of similar machineries.

Mumbai Indians beat Deccan with 37 runs

In Mumbai Indians team, Rohit Sharma hit 56 runs in just 34 balls and Symonds made 44 runs in 33 balls. They both made 102 runs valuable partnership in mere 65 balls. If we talk about balling of Mumbai Indians then it was very effective. Malinga too gave only 9 runs and took 3 wickets. Mumbai Indians got fifth consecutive victory in the IPL-4 and made uproar in the cricket atmosphere. At the starting of inning, it lost four prime wickets at 70 runs only. Then after Rohit Sharma and Symonds took over the batting scene and made long & effective partnership. Mumbai Indians reached 172 runs losing only four wickets. On other side, Deccan made only 135 runs in 20 overs losing 8 wickets and lost the match. Malinga got the Man of the Match award for his tremendous performance.

Gayle hit century || Knight Riders lost match

Gayle played first match of this IPL season and hit unbeaten 102 runs in just 55 balls. Royal Challenge broke the rib of Knight Riders and stupendously won the IPL with 8 wickets.

Knight Riders took to bat first and scorred a good score of 172. It was huge score but on other side, Gayle of Royal Challenge hit unbeaten century with help of laudable 10 fours and 7 sixes. Interestingly, Gayle is on the second IPL, he had played from Kolkata but some how he could not perform well at that time. So, Kolkata culled him deliberately but Royal Challenge accepted him into the team.

Today, Gayle displayed his performance against his former team. He also smashed the winning four for Royal Challenge for ceremonious victory.

Tillekaratne Dilshan hit 38 runs in 31 balls and made spectacular partnership with Gayle, both made 123 runs in just 73 balls.

Sri Lankan players will play IPL till 18th May

Indian Cricket Board is world’s richest & powerful cricket board. Earlier Sri Lankan cricket board gave deadline till 6th May to their player and created a dispute. Indian Cricket Board had put so much pressure on Sri Lankan Cricket board that they had to bend their knee and supported the discussion with a happy note.

Thus, Sri Lankan cricket board extended their dates till 18th May and they would infact go directly to England from Mumbai.

In the Cricket world, all believe that Indian Cricket Board blocked 2 crore provided by IPL to Sri Lanka if they ventured out in between. Probably this might be the pressure; Sri Lanka faced that made the Singhalese bend to take liberal decision.

As per calculations, overall IPL score of Sri Lanka would be around 21 crores and on the upcoming fourth IPL, 11 players of Sri Lanka would be participating.

Millionaire Cricket players should come ahead for charity: Cricket lover

Indian player have crores of rupees but after winning the world cup, they receive lots of gifts from every corner. They also earn lots of money but they are not satisfied and demand more money from Indian Cricket Board. Cricket lovers are shocked and feel sad after hearing this as most of cricket fan wanted that Indian player should do some charity or make a charitable trust in the honor of World cup and come ahead for charity. The trust would help poor people, schools, hospitals, etc. but they do not take a solid step on this way. Indian Cricket Board on the contrary, cleared that players did not demand any kind of rupees.

India players also earn a handsome victory amount of 1 crores to each player and 50 lakh to each supporting staff from BCCI.

Monsoon forecasted to be normal this year too

India Meteorological Department gave good news that in current year monsoon will be a normal like previous year and this news brought delight to farmers and agriculturist. It is forecasted that long period average rainfall would be around 98%. Weather forecasters say that current year by 1st June rain clouds would reach seashore of Kerala but added that there might be lesser rains in Jammu-Kashmir, Haryana, Punjab, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and some other North-East states .

Pranavkumar Bansal, President of Earth Sciences reported to media that rain will fall normally all over India and there will be less possibility of seasonal scarcity of rain.

Millionaire cricketers opted for IPL denying rest

India star cricketer such as Dhoni, Tendulker, Sehwag, Zahir and Harbhajan are desiring to take rest and for that reason, they will not participate in the West Indies tour in June 2011.. After this disclosure by Indian Cricket Board, it became a hot topic in discussion .

At start of this year, all player were very busy, They played world cup with pressure and India got historical victory after 28 years.

In reality, Indian player need some rest. If they don’t play against weaker West Indies team, people would not raise fingers at them, but these player did not take rest after World Cup post 2nd April and they opted to play to IPL on 8th in a tight schedule, playing at different venue of the country sometimes traversing in a day. Also IPL matches were hot in terms of monetarily benefits pocketing crores of rupees than that of the routine test matches, which only earned them 5 lacs per match, some cricket lovers remarked.

India tries to re-build cricket relationship with Pakistan

Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh and Pakistan Prime Minister Yusuf Raza Gilani met at Mohali, talked about relationship in cricket on both side, and deliberated on random tournament between both countries. According to Government, Cricket Board will decide further on the schedule and venue of the matches. If every thing goes well, Indian will tour to Pakistan and then after Pakistan will visit India.

Now the matter of concern is that the timetable for Indian cricket team in current is tight scheduled and BCCI would have to look intrinsically into the schedule to find spaces for such harmony. According to ICC , Pakistan team will come to India sometimes on next year 2012, in this tournament India and Pakistan will play three test matches and five one day matches.

Kapil Sibal gave negative statement about the Lokpal Bill, Anna Hazare retorted back saying that if he believes that it is meaningless, he should step out and resign as early as possible. “Why he is wasting time? He can do other work of nation. Why he opted to be a committee member?” said Hazare, before leaving to his native place, Maharashtra,

I am not greedy for PM: Anna

Since last few days Anna Hazare became very famous in media. With the armour of “fast unto death” this man challenged the government machinery and destabilized current state of government. He follow Gandhian style of non violence and also acclaimed that he has no desire for Prime Ministership. If Government will not pass Lokpal Bill till 15th, August, he issued warning that he would again start fasting. Hazare told that if Indian young blood will voice against corruption, then corruption would end. He told that all the process of making the ACT in parliament should be transparent and a video of the entire proceeding should be recorded and broadcasted for public.

Also he opined about reforms in electoral system in India that there should be option for negative voting so that we can identify leaders.

Pondi shows ways to reduce poverty : Rahul

Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi believes that it is a big work to reduce poverty in India. Every congress ministers were called to use all and every resource and aim for reducing poverty.

Rahul Gandhi while addressing people in Viliyanur near Pondichery told that Congress government and Pondicherry government believe that without helping poor people, we will never be able to see India in growth. He has gathered information that India has an overall 8% growth rate while Pondicherry has 14% growth rate in terms of development. Pondicherry Government use fourth part of budget in social work and in poverty elevation projects. Rahul Gandhi appreciated the effort of Pondicherry Government and was all in praise about Pondicherry state that has high literacy rate in current situation.

It was hard to say Good-bye India : Gary Kirsten

Gary Kirsten has said good-bye after making India, ICC World cup champion. India top cricketers and cricket lovers wanted Gary Kirsten to lead Indian team but he was firm in his decision, as he wanted to spend time with his family. He talked emotionally in front of media that he received lots of love from Indian players and cricket fans. He also added that it was difficult for him to say good-bye to India. I take many memorable things with me and it will become asset for my rest of life. Under Gary, Indian cricket team not only scored 1st rank in ODIs but also in Test matches.

Raining Crores for Millionaire Cricketers

After 28 years, Indian team fulfilled India’s dream of World cup, and as a counteract, lots of rupees and awards rain on Dhoni’s “Men in Blue” from every angle. BCCI announced 1crore packet to all players and followed by Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Jharkhand and Uttar Pradesh to contribute rewards in form of rupees, awards and land. All Indians celebrated and remembered this historical victory.

In Wankhede stadium, Mumbai, India beat Sri Lanka by six wickets and India got victory after 28 years. Dhoni concluded the victory by hitting a Sixer the end of the show and the boisterous Cricket lovers hilariously overjoyed. They rushed out of their homes, hooted in their neighbourhood and created joyful ruckus on the road. Thousand of people rushed in front of stadium and blocked road at night. In Delhi, Sonia Gandhi too joined them on the streets for enjoying the victory of India.

Population of India touches 121 crore mark

According to Census 2011 data, Indian population increased by 121 crores. In last 10 years, Indian population increased by 18.10 crores that is equivalent to current population of Brazil. India got 17.5% part of total world population.

In 121 crores, Men are 62.37 crores and Women 58.65 crores. India achieved a considerable growth in education sector. In comparison with 2001, only 64.83% people were educated but in current census, there are 74.04% educated. India maintains a second position with 17.5% of total world population and China is in first position with 19.4% part of population. In India, Uttar Pradesh has the highest population of 19.90 crores. Lakshadweep has a lesser population of 64,429. The aggregate population of Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra is greater than the population of United States.

World cup is as far as Lips to Glass for India

The match between India and Pakistan is very hot all the times, and both country India and Pakistan pay close attention to each-and-every ball. In Mohali, at the starting of the match, both the countries prime ministers met the players individually and gave compliments for doing their best..

India won the toss and took bat first, Indian openers started with good run rate, Sehwag hit 38 runs in just 25 balls. Sachin also played very well, he hit winning score of 85 and put a good score against Pakistan but he missed his century once again. India made a total of 260 runs with the loss of 9 wickets. One-time Indian cricket lovers thought that Pakistan could score easily, but when the wickets started to fall, the atmosphere changed. Pakistan started the inning with good average but India’s experience bowler like Zahir and Munaf made pressure on them. Yuvraj also balled very well, he took two wickets. At the end with the help of Indian bowlers India got victory by 29 runs. The next match, India will play with Sri Lanka in Mumbai. Now World cup is as far as lips to glass for India.

India grounded Aussie and leaping towards World Cup 2011

India won the match against three year world champion Australia, and threw them out from competition. In Ahmedabad Motera stadium, Indian team after a scintillating combat with Aussie entered the semi final with smashing honour. In a high thrilling quarter final match, Australia made a total score of 260 runs in 50 overs with the help of Ponting ‘s century. On the contrary Indian batsman scored 261 in 47 overs and all rounder Yuvraj proved his all-rounder-ship and hit unbeaten 57 runs in just 65 balls and on the balling side, took 2 wickets.

India defeated Australia with 5 wickets in hand and 2.4 overs remaining to be bowled. Raina played very well and made winning partnership with Yuvraj. Gambhir also contributed 50 runs. Zaheer and Ashwin took 2-2 wickets each and devoid Australia to make huge score. On the next Wednesday, India will play semi final match with Pakistan at Mohali (Punjab).

India and Australia will play quarter final cricket match at Sardar Patel Motera Stadium Ahmedabad. Today post noon match is very crucial and therefore known as a “Mini Final” of the World cup. Sachin hit 99 centuries in both One-day and Test but Cricket lovers are expecting to see more from Sachin and Ahmedabad is all ready to rejoice for his 100th century and that would give an entry to India in semi final.

Another reason for joy is that if India wins quarter final match, it will play semi final match with Pakistan. Pakistan had won the match against West Indies easily yesterday and reached in semi final round. If India will win the match, India will block Australian entry in semi final and also break their continuous record to enter the final. Australia has hat trick record for entry in world cup in 1999, 2003, and 2007.

5% service tax has been canceled for Healthcare

Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee withdrawn service tax for Healthcare by 5% and after that the 2011-12 finance bill was passed by Parliament. Mukherjee reformed tax proposal on Readymade Garment, Dividend tax, Personal computer, Printer, Mobile and Automobile parts but he continued the taxes on SEZ units and Developers put under the umbrella of MAT with 18.5% tax. Finance minister exempted tax on Coke which is use to produce Iron and Steel. He also reduced duty on Automobile Ancillary like Transmission assembly, Gear box and Re-assemble engine CKD kits. In regards to computer industry, he disclosed some relief like concession of 5% on Countervailing Duty CVD (A duty imposed to offset subsidies by foreign governments) and 0% on Special Additional Duty (SAD), for import of computer parts.

DA of Central Govt. Employees would rise by 6%

Central Government may increase Dearness Allowance (DA) by 6% so that the allowance reaches 51% as per estimation. This would ultimately benefit 50 lakh employees and 38 lakh pensioners. Currently Government provides 45% of basic salary as Dearness Allowance. Today there is a strong probability that Central cabinet would sit and may take a decision on increasing DA. The New DA would have a retrospective effect from 1st January, 2011 and this would imply on both central govt. employees and pensioners. According to the formula of 6th pay commission, DA is calculated to a 6% rise. Two times in a year i.e. on 1st January and 1st July, the DA is changed.

India hilariously victory over West Indies in Group “B” finale

The last day-night match of Group B was played between India and West Indies. India and England was sure about its place in the quarter final round as South Africa beat Bangladesh. This allowed Indian team to play without any mental stress and on other side West Indies played to win for entry in quarter final round.

South Africa is on the top in B Group with 10 points. India got 2nd position in Group B with 9 points followed by England with 7 points. India won the match against West Indies and geared up for the next level quarter final round match with Australia, who is second number in Group A, even-though it had thunderous defeat by Pakistan.

Indians despair as England won against West Indies!!

The match between England and West Indies were played in high thrilling competition. England dramatic victory against West Indies left Indian cricket lover to a state of despair as now India needs to win against West Indies to reach Quarter final, at any cost. Now to enter in quarter final round, India has to wait till the last match. Supposedly, if West Indies had won the match against England, alongwith West Indies, India and Bangladesh were sure to make their entry in quarter final round, but England changed all situations.

Now the match between Sri Lanka and New Zealand is crucial as this will say all about India’s opponent team in quarter final round.

Sachin Tendulkar - numero uno batsman to score over 2000 runs in WC

Indian Master Blaster Tendulkar hit 2000 runs in the World Cup and this was recorded in Golden word. Sachin made 27 runs against Netherlands, but he needed only 18 runs to create the stunning record runs of 2000, in only 39 innings of 40 matches in the world cup, though he lost the opportunity of playing big innings to win against Netherlands.

In the World Cup the highest runs was scored by Sachin. Moreover, in current situation nobody can get around Sachin’s record. Ponting is on second number with 1577 runs and he is 432 runs behind Sachin. Out of top ten players, only Sachin and Ponting are playing World Cup and rest of players have retired.

At the end, there was compromise between Congress and DMK

Amidst mental stretch of distributing seats in next assembly election between Congress and DMK, Congress later won. According to Congress requirement, they will get 63 seats and DMK would take a stance on 123 seats. Congress will get 15 more seats on comparison from 2006. Before this announcement, both the party’s leader - Pranav Mukherjee and Karunanidhi met with each other. Thus, Congress prolonged the seventh year of partnership with DMK.

There was a happy ending on distribution of seats between Congress and DMK in assembly election. Six minister of DMK have withdrawn their resignation yesterday and DMK as a counter act was ready to compromise and fulfill Congress demand for 63 seats.

Desperate trying to continue connection between Congress and DMK

The relation is seven year old now, so they are desperately trying to continue the relations in future. In dramatic turn, DMK postponed its decision about of resignation its six ministers till today.

Congress minister Pranav Mukherjee talked with DMK President Karunanidhi for different opinion of distribution of seats in Tamilnadu

Congress Senior Minister hopes that this problem will be solved in one-two days. Sources revealed that DMK distributed 60 seats to Congress and this was last decision. Pranav Mukherjee requested Karunanidhi not to pull back cabinet ministers. DMK’s main leader A.K.Stalin told in Chennai that Congress demanded one day so we postponed the resignation of ministers.
