Sibal should resign if he doesn’t favour Lokpal Bill: Anna

Kapil Sibal gave negative statement about the Lokpal Bill, Anna Hazare retorted back saying that if he believes that it is meaningless, he should step out and resign as early as possible. “Why he is wasting time?
